Prices for furnished rental. A minimum stay of 5 nights is required. Long-term rentals are accepted, with prices available upon request.

Extra costs
- Gas: on consumption, €6.5/cubic meter. Charged only if heating is used.
- Pets: One small or medium-sized pet is allowed per apartment. The cost is €7.00/day
- Electric car charging cost: €0.65 per kWh
- Tourist tax: A tourist tax of €2/day is required for a maximum of 7 days for every adult and children aged above 14 years.
- Final cleaning: €55.00
Deposit: €100.00 in cash upon receiving the keys. This will be fully refunded upon the release of the apartment if no damage has occurred. Otherwise, it will be refunded proportionally to the damage incurred.
Rental payment methods
Rental deposit (30%): upon booking via bank transfer.
Rental balance (70%): via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
Reservation cancellations are allowed up to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. The deposit, equivalent to 30% of the total amount, will be refunded minus bank charges. For cancellations made later, the deposit will be retained in accordance with Article 1385 of the Italian Civil Code.
