Castellare in Chianti

The farmhouse, easily reachable from the provincial road (100m), is surrounded by a high forest, combining comfort and beauty. You can still breathe the scent of the woods and the forgotten smells of nature.

The construction of the structure dates back to 1887. Today, the Castellare in Chianti complex resembles a small Tuscan stone village, fully renovated (with antique terracotta flooring inside) and furnished in rustic style. The structure is equipped with all modern comforts, including a Wi-Fi internet network (also functioning within each apartment), the pool, gazebos, and a stone barbecue. Each unit has satellite TV and access to a shared recreation area with a ping-pong table, foosball, children's games, and a bocce field. There is a shared laundry area and 2 electric car charging stations. Small pets are allowed. Castellare in Chianti is a private property managed by the owners; no services are provided.
